Terms of Service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AList web app and Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You sign in with Google, and you're responsible for keeping your account and any devices you use it on secure. You're responsible for the content of the tasks, projects, and teams you create.
Plans and billing
AList offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or manage billing at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to store or share unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Shared and team content
If you join a team or shared project, other members of that team or project can see the tasks you place inside it, as described in the app. Your personal workspace is never visible to anyone else.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AList is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed reminders or lost data.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
